Unlike the past events, our present time now has the internet which connects all us people across the globe to better understand one another, it is the medium of how we interact or communicate with other people in order to know more about the world we live in. The internet helps maintain world peace because through it we can resolve conflicts without needing the use of violence.

Social media can help spread peace, encouraging dialogue among people from different ethnic backgrounds and nationalities. It can affect perception on ethnicity, change attitudes, and promote tolerance and mutual understanding.
